Please carefully read this Returns Policy before making a purchase. We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your items are unopened in original packaging or have never been used.
To start a return request, you can contact us at hello.glowplump@gmail.com . We’ll send you a return merchandise authorization (RMA), and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping fee. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We are not responsible for packages lost during delivery unless the shipping insurance has been ordered.
Order Cancellation Policy, Accepted within 24 hours before the item(s) have been shipped to cancel your order. In case your order has already been shipped, kindly follow the return policies stated above that correspond to your reason of return.
